1.1 This document contains the Terms of Service (the “Terms”) applicable to Trustnav (www.trustnav.com), a service provided by Media Center Headquarters 3PL, S.L.U. (“Media Center Headquarters” or “Us”), a company duly organized and existing under the Laws of the Principality of Andorra, with Tax identification number L712080S and business address in Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra), Prat de la Creu num. 59-65. Media Center Headquarters is inscribed in Andorra’s Company’s House.
1.2 By downloading, installing or using Trustnav the customer or user (“You”) accepts, without any limitation, the terms and conditions of this agreement and our Privacy Policy. You declare being an adult and having the legal capacity for accepting and assume this agreement and that all information provided is true, complete and up-to-date. If You are using Trustnav on behalf of a corporation or legal entity, You hereby declare and guarantee to have sufficient powers to represent and bind the indicated legal person.

2.1 Trustnav is a free extension for web browsers available for Google Chrome in Chrome Web Store Before installing Trustnav please note this software is compatible with the current version of your web browser. To add and remove this extension please follow your web browser instructions and support information. After the installation You may be requested to restart your browser or, maybe, your computer. In case You have troubleshooting problems, please review version compatibility information, update the extension and check Trustnav settings. If You still have problems, please contact Us.
2.2 Trustnav is mainly an adblocker, that block banners, pop-ups, video ads and tracking cookies. It also a tool that makes your Internet navigation safer, protecting You against dangerous sites, phishing, dangerous downloads, viruses, malaware and other online threads. Trustnav performs those functionalities according to data introduced by third parties in a collaborative database.
2.3 No specific technical requirements are requested to use Trustnav. You must have a computer with Internet connection, and a browser which supports HTML 4.0 or higher and Java 1.7 or higher.
3.1 In order to comply with data protection legislation, we inform You that your data will be incorporated in a filling system property of Us, duly registered into the Andorra Data Protection Authority Registry, for the purposes of managing the service.

4.1 Trustnav, its services and their elements, including trademarks, software, databases, code, design, images, logos and texts, and the domain names “trustnav.com” are duly registered and protected by international laws and treaties, and are property of Media Center Headquarters or third-party licensors.
4.2 Any reproduction, transformation, distribution, public performance, extraction, reutilization or any other use of the abovementioned elements not expressly allowed by these Terms is expressly prohibited.
4.3 Any breach of these Terms or a failure to comply with those obligations may lead to the termination of this agreement, despite other legal liability. In the event You detect that any content may violate or infringe intellectual property rights, or any other rights corresponding to third parties, please notify Us to adopt the corresponding measures.
5.1 In no event will Media Center Headquarters be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss or damage) arising out of the use of or inability to use Trustnav, whether arising in tort (including negligence) contract or any other legal theory, even if Media Center Headquarters has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Trustnav may affect your Internet browsing and access to third party websites and services. You are solely responsible for the use of Trustnav. Specifically, Media Center Headquarters will not be, by any means, be liable for the consequences, effects or results of blocking banners, pop-ups, any ads or cookies, or the Internet navigation using Trustnav.
5.2 Our databases are updated daily and maintained by community collaboration, and are not responsible of Media Center Headquarters. We will made our best efforts to keep them up-to-date, accurate and free of errors, but Media Center Headquarters could not assume, guarantee or be liable by any act or results related to those databases, despite when expressly requested by law.
Media Center Headquarters reserves the right to make, at any time, any changes and updates of Trustnav, its settings, availability and display, as well as to these Terms. We also reserve the right to suspend access to the service for maintenance or improvement purposes, and won’t be liable for any harm or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from those actions. Any change on the Terms will be displayed in our website, and any later access or use of the service implies the full acceptance of those changes.
You may terminate this agreement at any given moment, just removing Trusnav from your Internet browser/s.
8.1 Any waiver or concession on the part of Media Center Headquarters shall not limit or affect its rights with respect to any future breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
8.2 Any failure to exercise or delay by Media Center Headquarters in exercising any right or remedy provided by these Terms or by applicable law shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy or a waiver of any other right or remedy provided by this Terms or by applicable law. No partial exercise by Media Center Headquarters of a right or remedy provided by these Terms of Service or by applicable law shall prevent a further exercise of such right or remedy or the exercise of another right or remedy provided under these Terms or applicable law with respect to the same or other instances arising in connection with the Terms.
8.3 Should any provision in these Terms be determined by court or competent authority to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of the Terms.
8.4 These Terms constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
9.1 The Terms shall be construed and applied in all its extent according to the Principality of Andorra Law.
9.2 By accepting them and unless was not permitted by Law, You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant court sitting in Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra), in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and agrees that all claims in respect of the action or proceeding may be heard and determined in any such court.
